CASTLE PEAK Castle Peak is located in Nampa, ID on Linden Road just west of Midland Rd. It offers convenient access to the I-84 freeway, St. Luke’s Hospital, and shopping like Costco, Target, Kohl’s, and Best Buy. Castle Peak is currently in its third of four phases.
GRAMERCY HEIGHTS Gramercy Heights is a residential component of the Gramercy mixed-use development in Meridian, Idaho. Detached housing in the first of two phases in Gramercy Heights is now available.
PATAGONIA Patagonia is a new community coming in the fall of 2016. Located on Hubbard Road, just east of Meridian Road, Patogonia offers convenient access to the I-84 freeway. The community offers walking paths, parks, and pools. At build-out it will consist of over 400 homes.
RUBY CREEK Ruby Creek, also known as Crimson Point North, is a subdivision in its third and final phase. Part of the Crimson Point masterplan in Kuna, Idaho, residents enjoy access to the neighborhood parks and pool.
BEAR CREEK Bear Creek is a community on Stoddard Road just south of Overland Road in Meridian, Idaho. The community has nearly 500 homes surrounding a 20-acre park.
PARAMOUNT Westpark developed over 600 lots in Paramount as well as a club house, two pools, and two school sites. Paramount is located near the intersection of Chinden Boulevard and Linder Road in Meridian, Idaho. The community has since continued its development under new ownership.
TUSCANY Westpark was the original developer of Tuscany, located off of Eagle Road, just south of Victory Road. Westpark developed 900 lots and put in 4 pools, multiple parks, walking paths, and ponds.
